Join Courtney Cattran & Simone Nguyen in this special NYE ceremony to welcome in the New Year. We will begin this workshop with a warm energizing flow focused on releasing energy trapped in the body to make room for NEW fresh energy to enter in. Then, we will move into a guided meditation & sound bath with a focus on setting personal intentions for the New Year. After activating our parasympathetic nervous system we will ground back into our bodies with a warm, custom-blend tea made specially by Verbal Roots Apothecary. There truly is not better way to bring in the New Year than by showing up for yourself and giving yourself the self-care that you deserve. You will wake up the next morning on New Years Day feeling motivated to start off your year as a new, refreshed you! Come with someone you love to make it even more special.
