Yoga + Vibrational Therapy

What is Vibrational Sound Therapy?

Vibrational sound therapy is also known as “sound healing,”  “vibrational healing,” and/or “sound bath.” This ancient method uses vibrating instruments such as crystal or metal singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, handpans, didgeridoos, shamanic drums, or even the voice (chanting) to realign the body's vibration. This practice stems from the concept that everything in the universe has a particular vibrational frequency, including our bodies. These vibrational frequencies interact with every cell in your body and even have an affect our brainwave frequencies. When mayhem or disorder of the world interfere with these natural frequencies within the body, it can make us unwell, temperamental, and/or push us out of equilibrium. Vibrational sound therapy is constructive way to harmonize and balance each individual body cell through sound.
